If you don't have Windows Media Player 10, please obtain it from one of Microsoft's links below
Verify that .NET Framework 1.1 is installed:
open ControlPanel->Administrative Tools. Look for "Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Configuration" -
if it's not there, then install it from the link below:
Older Pocket PCs might warn that .NET Compact Framework is
missing. In that case download it and install from below link. We also
recommend updating your Compact Framework even if no such warning appears,
especially if there are other operation issues. Reinstalling .NET Compact
Framework has shown to cure most of the installation/beginning issues.
